Discus and support I did not receive the game code in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I did not receive the game code.     another game. But until now we did not receive any
    game code.Game Description says,you will receive
    a redemption code within seven days to 10
    days, but now has passed 14 days.But now
    it is gone fourteen days I still had not
    received any game.

    I bought Tom Clancys Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one. I was told I should have gotten the codes for rainbow six vegas 1 and 2 but I have not. A tier 2 representative referred me here. I have a case number, it is 1329072933

    Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

    Keep in mind there are conditions the account that redeemed it cannot be under 18 and cannot be changed

    Not live in China or japan or any non xbox live regions

    Normally when purchasing a game in the store it is purchased digitally and automatically the license is put onto your account.

    So with that in mind if you go back to the store on the console does it say that you have to purchase it again?

    If the license is on your account it should also automatically show up in your ready to install section on your xbox one.

    You can also look at your purchase history by signing into your account at account.live.com and looking at the purchase history you would be able to tell for sure if the purchase went through or not by looking there.
