If you're trying to go back to a chat you had with another gamer and more than 48 hours didn't pass after the last reply.

Please check your email address, there you should be able to see an email about the chat and an option to “view the conversation”.
Using the direct link you shared will not work because it's too short.

In case you still have problems opening the chat, you can always create a new one, or try opening the existing chat on a different web browser or device.
