I did not receive the 15,000 credits for the pre order mission

I am participating in xbox live rewards in Brazil, I joined the pre-order gaming mission where I have to buy 3 games in pre order to win 15,000 credits.

I made the purchase in pre order of the 3 games (Mafia 3, Watch Dogs 2 and dead rising 4) but until the moment I did not receive my credits. By my intention was to happen 96 hours after the release of the dead rising 4 that was December 6.

I would like a resolution to my problem and consequently receive my credits.

The only way to receive Credits for a single pre-order is through our MicrosoftStore.com offer, which rewards 15,000 Credits for a single physical (disc) purchase off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was a digital pre-order, it was not eligible
for any Credits. However, it did award one punch on the Games on Demand punchcard. That offer requires the purchase of three eligible games to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits.

Xbox Reward Pre-order Mission

I pre-ordered Battlefield 1 off of the Microsoft store website for the 15,000 reward point mission where you must pre-order any hot games coming out before December 31, 2016 and I will receive 15,000 points for it. I have yet to receive the points and I
was wondering if it takes a little time to process or will I ever receive it?

Only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for this offer. Since your purchase of Mafia III was not made within the offer period, it did not award a punch. Since you are only at 2 out of 3 punches, you did not complete the offer and therefore
have not received any completion Credits.

There is no offer and there has not be an offer in the last two years that would award 5000 Credits per pre-order up to 15,000. The only offer we have had for pre-orders is the Games on Demand offer, which awards 15,000 Credits for the purchase of three
eligible pre-orders during the offer period. Since you only made one pre-order during the most recent Games on Demand that started in January and ended in March, you did not complete the offer. The only eligible pre-order you made while the offer existed was
for Sword Art Online.
