I did not receive reward credits for the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard

I pre ordered the digital deluxe edition of Destiny 2 on my Xbox One console, and I never received the Punchcard rewards associated with it. Is there a way to get my reward credits?

The only way to receive Credits for a single pre-order is through our MicrosoftStore.com offer, which rewards 15,000 Credits for a single physical (disc) purchase off of MicrosoftStore.com. Since your purchase was a digital pre-order, it was not eligible
for any Credits. However, it did award one punch on the Games on Demand punchcard. That offer requires the purchase of three eligible games to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits.

The only way you could have received Credits for that purchase is the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible pre-orders within the offer period to complete. Since you do not have three punches on the Games on Demand punchcard, you did not earn
any Credits. Additionally, since you bought that pre-order before you were a Rewards member, it is not eligible. Only purchases made while being a Rewards member are eligible for Rewards.

As long as you preordered on or after July 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete the offer and receive the credits. Credits for that offer will be given after all
3 games have been released.

From the FAQ for that offer:

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between July 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and September 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

Since you only have one punch on that punchcard, you have not yet completed the offer.

Hi JTREADY. Your pre-order of The Evil Within 2 and Shadow of War went towards last quarter's Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since you completed that offer, Rewards Credits were awarded back in August. Your pre-order of South Park was made on September
4. The current Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard began October 1. For pre-orders to qualify, they need to be made during the offer period.

Hello Mindflayer1983,

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. While there was a special offer in September that allowed pre-orders for MyVIP, your pre-order was instead Rewarded by the Gears of War offer that was running at the time. Since purchases can only be Rewarded once,
you did not receive VIP payback that month as well. Since pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP, you did not receive progress for your Call of Duty purchase, but you did get a punch on the Games on Demand punchcard.

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

We see that your purchase has been received and processed, and the Credits are now pending in your account, visible on the MyRewards page.
