    I did not receive my xbox live code or headset when i bought my xbox one system


    I recently purchased and xbox one system form retro games and did not recieve an xbox live code or my headset and they said that I get none. I am very upset and am hoping the xbox team can fix this issue

    I was supposed to be sent via the message center but nothing,

    Agreed. Did we take a step backwards when we bought the Xbox One? I love the system, but not having a simple wireless headset like the one on the Xbox 360 is really annoying. I hate this wire. I already broke my the one that came with the system and replaced
    it with another stock headset. I DO NOT want a stereo headset as I have a nice sound system. Just make a wireless headset already. The system should have came with one to begin with.

    Since the purchase was not made through Microsoft, you would have to continue trying to work with Retro Games

    I have exactly the same problem. I bought a 3 month xbox live gold, but I did by the xbox live website because I cant did it by the xbox console. Then when I tried to play a game online, a "conection problem" message appeared. Next, when I went to my system
