I did not receive my South Park Fractured but Whole preorder bonus

I didn't get it either...the store page for the stick of truth just says "only available as part of a bundle" and i'm prompted to (re) buy the Fractured But whole. I contacted support and they said it's an issue they're trying to resolve and i'll get an
email when it's ready to install. i'm not sure about that but it's all I got.

I called customer support as well and they told me it would be available 8am pacific time.

You should now be able to find the Game in Your Ready to Install if you purchased Digitally.
