I did not receive my mixpot from Inside Xbox launch stream

Discus and support I did not receive my mixpot from Inside Xbox launch stream in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have yet to receive my Anubis smite skin and my ebon flintlock skin for sea of thieves after watching the stream live.     I did not receive my mixpot from Inside Xbox launch stream


    I have yet to receive my Anubis smite skin and my ebon flintlock skin for sea of thieves after watching the stream live. Can anyone help?

    Watched the Inside Xbox stream on mixer app, but no MixPot yet ( everything is linked to my GT)

    I watched the Inside Xbox stream on march 10th but i did not receive any mixpot.

    Support page told me to post a message in this forum so here I am ^^.

    According to the
    MixPot FAQ Page    , users should get their MixPot gift "within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event".

    Please let us know if you did not receive the reward by the end of the day on the 17th so we can take a closer look I did not receive my mixpot from Inside Xbox launch stream :)

    Did not receive E3 2018 Mixpot

    Update: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders I checked this page and saw that I received the Mixpot for the Inside Xbox stream, not the main E3 Xbox Briefing's Mixpot. I did watch both streams,
    the Briefing and Inside Xbox.

    I've watched the stream for about 30-45 minutes, maybe more, but i didn't recieve the flintlock code

    I also watched the inside Xbox stream from start to finish and have not received a code yet. I have received mixpot rewards in the past viewing from my Xbox so I know that everything is properly linked.
