    We understand that you didn't receive your add-on in Forza Horizon 5. We would like to make sure we are on the same page, please answer this:

    Is the add-on purchased from another store or Microsoft Store/Xbox?

    If you purchase this add-on through Microsoft Store, please check what happen to your item by following the steps below:



    1. Check your purchase history to confirm that the add-on was successfully purchased. Sign into your account through this link: Microsoft account | Order history.

    2. Restart your console and launch Forza Horizon 5 again to see if the add-on appears.

    3. If the add-on still doesn't appear, please try the following suggestion by device:

    For PC:

    • Please try to reinstall it from in-game store.

    For Console:

    Try setting up your console into sleep mode and enabled Keep my games & apps up to date.

    • Go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Power options to adjust your power mode settings.
    • Go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates to adjust your system update settings.
    • Please try to reinstall it from in-game store.

    what's included with copies of FIFA 17
    , you should receive your items once you enter FUT. While you check there, could you also let us know what exactly you're supposed to receive with the code you redeemed? We want to be sure we're looking in the right
