    I did not receive my Division beta code.


    I have contacted Xbox support and they told me to post here and that there was nothing they could do. After preordering The Division, I was supposed to receive a code for the beta VIA Email according to their website. I checked all my Emails accosted with
    my Xbox Live account and even my Xbox messages, and did not receive the code. Please help and respond as soon as possible.

    It all depends on how you purchased your pre-order. Third party retailers such as GameStop or Best Buy will print your beta code on your receipt. If you downloaded a digital copy from the Xbox Store, then you will have automatic access upon the beta's release.

    Just to clarify, you were all invited (received codes or a download link) to play the Beta, correct? This is a CLOSED Beta so if you were not sent a code or did not pre-order The Division, you will not be able to play.
