    I did not receive my Dishonored Definitive Edition


    I made the purchase of Dishonored 2 on 10/29/2016 and so far I did not receive the Dishonored Definitive Edition that was included in the pre-order purchase of the game.

    [Mod Removed] Did not received the free copy of Dishonored with pre-order of Dishonored 2

    I did not receive the free copy of Dishonorned Definitive Edition with my pre-order of Dishonored 2 limited edition. It hasn't appeared in the ready to install list, it attempts to charge from the marketplace and no code has been sent.

    Preordered Dishonored 2 - Dishonored Definitive Edition not working

    I have preorded Dishonored 2 five month ago (2016-06-19). I did not received any codes for the Definitive Edition of Dishonored 1, the game just appeared in my gaming library. I'm logged into xbox live with my account, downloaded Dishonored Definitive Edition, but
    I cannot start the game, it is still asking me to insert a disk or purchase the game. Dishonored 2 works just fine.

    Why i'm not able to start the game?

    I looked now, I saw that it is available. When I bought it was written that in the description that a code would be sent, so I was waiting for it to this day.

    Hey ll chilidogs -

    If you have pre-ordered South Park: Fractured, But Whole and Dishonored 2, you should be able to automatically download South Park: The Stick of Truth and Dishonored without a code. These promotions did not require receiving Xbox Live codes.

    Thanks for the heads up! Which date did you purchase Dishonored 2 on? Additionally, have you verified that the game is not currently in either in your 'Ready to install' list on your Xbox One console, or purchasable for free within the Xbox Store?

    We're currently working with the appropriate teams on a similar issue, but those details will help us a bunch!
