Discus and support I did not receive my 6$ movie credit for xbox video in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have spoken to two Microsoft employees about a message that was sent to me on December 21st.     I did not receive my 6$ movie credit for xbox video


    I have spoken to two Microsoft employees about a message that was sent to me on December 21st. This message said that I would receive a 6$ credit because of difficulties. I have two reference numbers from the employees I've talked to. I would love to know
    when and how I can get this credit please?

    I did not get my 30k credits from the gotta get em all mission which was from nov18 to Dec 18. I bought all the x-men movies in a bundle in between those dates and didn't receive the credits.6 movies 5k credits per movie. If it's because I bought the bundle
    it didn't say anything about not buying a bundle and the bundle for 49.99 was offered to me after I clicked on one of the movie selection in that mission. Can you help me out?

    movie rental (The Mummy) on1/1/2018 did not receive credit for my missions called (calling all movie and tv buffs.

    The credit should have been added back in October or November, I believe. The message is just a reminder.

    Log in to commerce.microsoft.com and set the search for Oct 2014 to see if the amount was added.

    Nobody understands. I already received the credit for october. And previous credits. This one is specifically NEW. On December 21st I received a message again stating I get a free 6$ movie credit that expires on the 2nd of January and in between that time
    I NEVER received it. Not trying to be rude or anything I just want the credit I was promised in the message. I have 2 reference numbers and screen shots to prove it.

  7. Hey there, Yogi! I'm very sorry to see any confusion surrounding this. The messages you received were not notifying you that you were to receive more credit, just reminding you that it is expiring. If you spent the currency on something other than Video
    content, this is why you would be receiving these messages.

    Oh my goodness...I did not even get the credit....I am about to give up. I keep getting the run around. I'm about to say screw Microsoft. I feel I'm talking to robots . Are yall real people? Or has nobody read what I've said?

    Every time I got a message back, even in October and even whatever else date I got it I received my credit. But I got a message saying that I get a 6$ movie credit starting December 21st that will expire January 2nd 2015. I am very unsatisfied right now.
    I have checked my account and so have the Microsoft people and they don't see it. They told me to come to this forum to receive my credit. That being said where is the credit? Or was I lied to? I have been more than patient with Microsoft. Now I'm just getting

    If you have not received the credit then please post a screen shot of the billing history screen at commerce.microsoft.com. Make sure that the date is set from october 1 so everything is visible.

    I would never post my last 4 digit credit card numbers up here I'd want to talk to a legit employee. Plus I'd have to get to a computer and I work all day till 5. I've got reference numbers for a legit employee that won't steal my information

    I understand that you received your credit in October. However, there was no credit given in December. The message you received was a reminder, not saying you got the credit. It was specifically talking about the credit you received back
    in October.

    I do hope I have clarified this further. You should not have received any further credit, and the message was a reminder about the credit you got in October expiring.
