Discus and support I did not receive my 50,000 reward points for buying a Xbox One S in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I received my Xbox one S that I ordered through the Microsoft store but I didn't receive the 50,000 reward points.     I did not receive my 50,000 reward points for buying a Xbox One S


    I received my Xbox one S that I ordered through the Microsoft store but I didn't receive the 50,000 reward points.

    Please help!

    I bought the Xbox one s mine craft edition but did not receive the 50,000 rewards points

    Not sure if this is an error or if I did something incorrectly I purchased the Xbox one s mine craft edition but I did not receive the 50,000 rewards points that are offered as a reward for doing so

    When I upgraded from my xbox one to xbox one s I was supposed to receive 50,000 points. I only received 30,000 rewards points.

    The promotion was in November 2016 for upgrading to xbox one s.

    Whats going on

    I also have the same question. I just bought a boatload of games for the holidays but I'm not seeing any Rewards credits or points. I got the 50,000 points for buying an Xbox One S but I haven't seen anything other than that.

    There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
    right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.
    I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

    This is exactly the same whats happened to me, i bought the xbox one x and farcry 5 gold edition. with the rewards site saying id receive 50,000 points for the xb1x and 6000 points for farcry, ive got 735 point available... whats going on?? haha
