I did not receive my $5 from the Xbox sale event

Discus and support I did not receive my $5 from the Xbox sale event in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I redeemed my code and it worked great, but when I went to buy something it said I only have 50 cents when I should have $5.50.     I did not receive my $5 from the Xbox sale event


    I redeemed my code and it worked great, but when I went to buy something it said I only have 50 cents when I should have $5.50. Any help please?

    E3 2018 Mixpot

    I watched the E3 event live on Mixer on Sunday, signed in with my Xbox gamertag, to get the Classic Helmet REQ Pack for Halo 5 from the Mixpot. Its been a week since I watched the event, and the pack still hasn't shown up anywhere. Did I just not qualify
    to receive the Mixpot item, or is there somewhere that I should be looking in order to find the pack?

    Ebon Flintlock from MixPot not Received

    I do not have anything in my order history for last week's event. I have received items from previous MixPot events but nothing from the last one in my order history.

    I did watch a MixPot event in November of 2018 and for that event I did receive:

    "Sea of Thieves Obsidian Drum"

    Is it because I signed in BEFORE the 30 minute pre stream and didn't get recognized? I was one of the first qualified viewers because I literally watched everything.

    Hi, I don't believe you'd get an Xbox Live Message, but you would get a notification on Mixer that you have received the item. Additionally, the item would show up in your Xbox/Microsoft order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Additionally, the reward would have required you to link your Mixer account to your Xbox/Microsoft account- hopefully you did that as well!

    I couldn't find specific information about the timeframe of the rewards for this promotion, but usually they arrive within a week of an event. It looks like this event in question was on July 21-22, so if you haven't received the reward after a week from
    then, and you did have your Mixer account linked to your Microsoft account, I'd recommend creating a post in the "Sales and Promotions" section of this forum about the issue.

    Achievement didn't unlock!

    I have checked my microsoft account both on the xbox and on my desktop to see and still the achievement did not unlock or even register that I did the event. However, I received the exotic shotgun quest as well as the banner for completing the raid.

    It is unknown at this point. I personally hope that we receive some information about it on 5/21's Xbox event, but we'll have to wait until then.
