    I did not receive my 3 months code for the promotion


    The link for the promotion is this: Xbox Live Gold | Xbox

    I purchased 3 month gold back in January, following the link on the promotion page. It is now March 18th (when the promotion page stated I would receive it by March 15th), and I have yet to receive the 3 month code to give to a friend. This seems to be a
    common issue here in the forum and I'm honestly surprised to see such a problem when it should be an automated system that handles this. Quite frankly, this feels like a scam since once you click the page link it just leads you to purchase the 3 month promotion
    plan without any mention of the promotion at checkout. I looked for any other link, or any other way to ensure that I would get the code when I purchased it, but the only thing there was the link to purchase Xbox Live Gold like you normally would. I've regularly
    checked my E-Mail (including spam) and the Xbox Notification Center waiting for the code. If I could get any assistance with this, that would be much appreciated because right now I'm just feeling like I was scammed.

    After the trial month i dont recive the 3 months free and i got charged the membership.

    After the test period and waiting for my code to arrive for 3 months free of grove music, it is a date which I did not receive the code that said the promotion. I paid a month of normal subscription to see if I could receive the code and still have not received
    any code. That promotion is a complete fraud. And I have paid for a service that I will not even use.

    Is this in regards to the promotion that Amazon Prime had last week (January 18, 2018)? I also bought the 3 month code for ~ $15 USD and I also did not get my extra 3 month code. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    That would be a different promotion. You would need to contact Amazon for assistance.

    Sorry that you are just being pointed to here as those lazy and unhelpful Microsoft and Xbox staff need to hide behind the volunteer ambassadors here so as to buy time. Hence I am afraid that you need to take a bit more time to be diverted to other contact.
