I did not receive my 3 month Xbox Live bonus code after Mar 15th like the promo said when I bought 3 mo of xbox live on Jan 23rd 2018

I was supposed to be sent via the message center but nothing,

Can someone please get back to me as to when I will receive my code.

Free 3 months Xbox live gold codes, not received

Hello,

I ordered the 3 Month XBox Live Gold Code off the Microsoft Store a few weeks ago. The promo was that I was to receive 3 months free. I did not receive the code for the 3 free months in the e-mail. My order number is 8294831016. Could someone please
assist?

He said I would receive my free 3 months Live promo by 15th March.

Still hasn't been received.

one of the emails i recieved about this forum said that the promo was delayed and that the codes would be sent June 15th, it is now the 16th and i still havent received the codes...

that was the promo... Buy 3 months Xbox Live Gold then get 3 months extra for free... But i haven't received any codes... even after my subscription i bought expired last week!!

I had my email that receives the xbox live promos and things like that wrong and was wondering if it was too late to get the specialization code? And if it did not go to my promo email would it go to my account email?
