    Simply Rewarding question

    I have spent the qualifying $65 on in game purchases during March, but have not seen the 6,000 credits show up under my pending credits.

    I'm just wondering when I can expect to receive them or if I did something wrong?

    Hello DLemma,

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process purchases. This was mentioned in the FAQ for this offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since your last purchases were made on March 31st, we have not yet processed those purchases.

    I also purchased a year of Xbox Live Gold Membership on 7/05/15, and 8 days later i still have not received my credits. I was planning on using it to change my Gamertag but I have yet to receive my credits. Please help!

    If you purchased it digitally and/or before March 7, you would not be able to receive those credits.

    Quantum Brake " Xbox Live Rewards"

    In order to receive credits for preordering Quantum Break, the game had to be purchased as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com. If you did purchase it physically, you would need to post in the Rewards forum -

    forums.xbox.com/.../29.aspx


    If you purchased it digitally by March 12, it would have counted towards the games on demand punchcard running at that time and you would have needed to complete that offer in order to receive credits. Otherwise, there were no offers to receive credits for
    digitally preordering that game.
