    I did not receive an EA access code..


    I pre-ordered FIFA 17 about a month ago, and still could not receive the EA access code. I already asked EA support for several times, and they answered me they have nothing to do with it and I should contact xbox. So i live-chatted with xbox customer
    service one, and he said I should ask about that here. Please let me know what I can do with this. I've bought many other ea products before, and I had no problem getting EA access code before. So I'm really frustrated. Hope someone can help me with this issue

    Purchased NHL 17 store but didn't receive ea access code

    i purchased NHL 17 in the store and was supposed to receive ea access code for a free month and did not receive any codes.

    Thanks for replying, but am I the only one who experience this?

    The reason that I pre-ordered this game was definately the EA access code, so I can use first trial before actual release date. That's why I 'paid my money' earlier. Now first trial seems to be started, but I can't play this yet, since this code has never
    arrived. I asked about this problem since I realized it didn't arrive after several days, and xbox customer service people kept telling me I have to ask EA. So I did, several times,-which was useless, because they have no access to xbox message centre- and
    finally got here. And still, there's no solution, and only thing i can do is just waiting. Even worse, i don't even know what estimated date it could be fixed. To be honest, I'm really losing my patience, so hope u can give me detailed information about this
    problem and provide me any solution for this please.
