    I bought the X-box gold membership whilst it was on promotion...6 months for £14.99 + 5 free downloadable games...but still haven't received these??? I've had this membership for over 3 months now its gonna end in a month or so! Could you help?

    If you are talking about the promotion where users received some currency to spend on content, this was not sent to everyone. If you did not receive one, you were not included in the group of users that were surprised with this currency.
