    Redemption code

    I purchased an Xbox One Bundle on friday September 2nd, and recieved a 16 digit redemptioin code with it. The code instructed me to go to xbox.com/name-your game and enter the 16 digit code. I followed the instructions, entered my e-mail and 16 digit code
    5 days ago, and the site said I would recieve a 25 digit code via e-mail within 24 hours. I haven't recieved it yet.

    How Download a Game that Comes with a New Xbox 1

    I can't find the 25 character code. In the description of what we bought it said the following:

    Xbox One EA Sports Madden NFL 16 Bundle, featuring a 1TB hard drive, a full-game download of Madden NFL 16, and one year of EA Access.

    I took this as meaning a free download. Maybe that's not the case?

    Xbox Support     at (800) 469-9269 as they will be able to help resolve the issue.

    If you bought the Xbox Bundle at a local store such as GameStop, Walmart, Target, etc I would contact them.

    Check any information you received with the code. Typically a 16-digit code would be entered in a different website to then receive the proper 25 digit code.

    All Xbox codes are 25 digits, even 360 ones. Since it is 16 digits, it most likely needs to be redeemed in the game itself.
