    I did not know refund policy had a yearly limit.

    On 2/19/2023, I requested a refund for Hogwarts Legacy.

    As requested, I waited 72 hours for response.

    I tried to call in order to speak with someone. Unable to reach a person.

    May I, please be refunded $74.99 + tax on my visa for Hogwarts Legacy game.

    My hogwarts legacy was canceled and said refunded as well but I still have yet to get the money back to buy it again.

    Do you know what the yearly refund limit is? I've encountered problems where I was unable to refund the entirety of unauthorized purchases because I reached some sort of threshold. If I recall, it was likely under $900 for me. Thanks.

    With disk copy you would have to trade in. As no retailer will take back a disk unless you can prove manufacturer defect on the disk once opened and it would be Store credit not cash

    You are better off just selling it privately
