    I had pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 deluxe edition on 3/3/16 and after waiting 7-10 days and did not get the code for dark souls.

    The Dark Souls codes had a snafu before they were released, and therefore they have been delayed. You should receive it within the next week (most likely on or shortly after March 4th).
