I did not get my per order rewards

Discus and support I did not get my per order rewards in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so i perorderd sea of thieves and did not get my closed beta or my blackdog pack.     injustice 2 percentage reward not received

    I still did not receive my % rewards for purchasing a game (did not pre order it)

    any reason why

    You should really check out Bing Rewards!

    Bing Rewards is dishonest. They say you get 10 points per day, but they only give you 8 (well at least that was what they did today). They probably did the 2 searches per point so we would not notice.

    The beta is over so it would no longer be possible to take part in that. If you purchased the game digitally you would have automatically had access to it while ti was running.

    The pack will be available when the game releases.

    Hi AKM2OO9. Per our FAQ, Rewards Credits for the pre-order will be awarded after the offer period.

    The only offer that Rewards 15,000 per individual pre-order is the MicrosoftStore.com offer. That offer only Rewards physical disc pre-orders. Since your purchases were digital, they were not eligible for that offer.
