xbox desing lab 5,000 reward points

I both a xbox controller on xbox design lab and i was suppose to get 5,000 reward points and never go it can you guys help me out

I ordered my controller and it said I'd get 5,000 rewards points with the purchase. I purchased it and never got my points.

The points should be sent to you about 14 days after the controller ships. You should also receive an email when they are added. If you don't receive them, you would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program since they are separate
from the Xbox rewards program.

Just curious did you get the 5,000 points from the puchcard from calling support or the rewards for the xbox quests?

Microsoft Rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? They are 2 different programs so the points/credits work differently.

If this is for the Xbox Rewards program, you can request a deposit if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. The request deposit button would be listed on the MyRewards section of the site and the credits will be deposited on the date
listed on the site at the time that you make the request. If you have over 5,000 credits pending, they would already be scheduled for a deposit. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you reach 5,000 pending. So if you get to
5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

It depends on when you got to 5,000 credits. If you got to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they would be deposited by the 15th. If you got to 5,000 after the 1st, it would be deposited by the end of the month.
