    For help with dashboard promotions you'll need to post here -

    Usually with dashboard promotions items are sent 6-8 weeks after the end of the promotion.

    Me too i bought Minecraft and was supposed to get 400 microsoft points back but i havent gotten them back yet

    You can only complete the offer one time. You were awarded Credits for completion of this offer on October 30th, and those Credits were deposited on November 9th. This activity can be reviewed from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, and the actual currency
    deposit can be found from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

    Hey there Doee! I understand you trying to find some info on your promo points. The points for this promotion were to be deposited directly into your account about 4-6 weeks after the promo ended (May 15th), so we aren't expecting anyone to have their points
    just yet.

    That said, I also checked on your account and don't see a purchase for any of the four games listed in the promotion. Were you referring to a different profile? Please let me know, thanks!

    It typically takes 6-8 weeks from the end of the promotion for points to be awarded. Hang on tight, they should be coming!
