    I do understand your situation and I know that you just want to have access to the game. You can actually access the game by having a Game pass Ultimate subscription or just an EA play subscription.

    If you have determined the correct account, you will need to set that account as the home Xbox on the console to be able to share the game to other profiles.

    I understand, it is possible that the full game download code was redeemed on your brother's account that's why the game license is there.
