    So i had problems with old system so i had to reinstall windows 10 on my pc when i wanted play minecraft i log in account with same gmail but it asked me create new account i did that and it asked to me buy it again i dont know what to do i dont have the purche history on credit card saved but i have the messege where i bought the minecraft on my gmail 'sorry for my english'

    ... To add to the above. To eliminate that it was not a local issue on my windows 10 machine, I completely formatted the machine and did a clean install of windows 10 on another machine I had sitting around. After installed windows 10, doing all the updates,
    and then trying to connect to minecraft through my xbox live account I received the exact same error message. This should eliminate that this is an issue locally on my computer and points more toward an issue with xbox live account perhaps?
    Microsoft ... going to need your help.

    That's odd. When you installed Windows 11, did you upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 or did you do a clean install with Windows 11?

    It seems that it was not the right account. Can you check on your MS account settings if the email address is the same as where you see the email that bought Minecraft?
