I did a reset of windows 10 on my pc, and now i cannot find the xbox game pass games ive...

I did not try this on Windows 10. So I am not sure if it will work.

Xbox Game Bar is uninstallable, but I did a Repair and a Reset. Both did not enable the capture options.

I uninstalled other Xbox apps on my PC but did not help as well.

I was looking at the Broadcast DVR service, but I cannot find it in my computer.

Thank you. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox App and Windows Store. I did a repair and reset of both apps while signed out. I did the Power Shell reset of the Windows Store.

I checked all updates were installed on my PC.

I also discovered that I cannot play a game that I own. Same error as the game pass games. So it looks like Forza 7 (own) and my Game Pass Games will not launch on PC.

you won't, if you reset windows or reinstall then you have to redownload all the games as that is part of the drm.

if you select that drive as the storage area it should auto delete the contents, if not you will need to google on taking ownership and changing the security of the folder so you can delete.

I dont mind redownloading it. I just dont want this massive folder taking up so much space. Can i delete it safely?
