    Game Black Screen/Won't Load

    Delete the game, then redownload. Sounds like there was a corruption on download, it does sometimes happen. What console are you using, ie One or OneS?
    Also, check your free space. There may be a problem with the amount you have left. I found the best way is to get an external hard drive, I run a 2TB external now. Xbox One likes a modicum of free space.

    If your purchase does not appear, are you sure you are logged into the correct account? If you are sure that you are logged into the correct account, I would recommend contacting support so they can solve this problem.
