Yes I been checking my email, junk and spam even deleted emails just In case it was deleted. But no last email I received was the confirmation for the purchase on the subscription.

In this case, since this is really from Microsoft, I would suggest you to search on the email footer (the bottom of the email) for an Unsubscribe or Change email preferences link.

It will allow you to unsubscribe/stop all promotions from Microsoft. But you will still receive important emails about your account security.

have you checked your junk folder in case the emails were flagged as junk?

also do a search in your emails for the keyword Microsoft. that should find any emails you have received from Microsoft Support

Received an email from Global escalation support today. Sorry for the delay still investigating my case is what it says. Let's see what happens next.
