    I deleted a message with unused codes

    I just received a message from Xbox today about my preoder of Final Fantasy. It had codes for the pre order and I went to redeem it but when I clicked on it I didn't notice I had opened it and then I deleted it. I tried Xbox support chat and they can't help.
    They told me to post about it here. Seems backwards.

    Do you have an Xbox One? If so then the code was meant for the Xbox One version of the game as the 360 version was never offered out to people.

    If this is the case then you should post in section 8 of the Xbox One forums.
