    Hope you are well. I'll be glad to assist you.

    Simply download it again with the account you used to claim the game that came with your console.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

    Under Full library > Owned games, you'll see all games that you own with the profile that's signed in to the console.

    Have you looked for it under your "My Games & Apps" -> "Ready to Install" section?

    And if you log into here:
    account.microsoft.com/.../orders     , does the purchase Show up in your Order History?
