Discus and support I deactivate accidentally HDMI (config invalidations) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi, im facing a problem that is driving me crazy.     I deactivate accidentally HDMI (config invalidations)


    Hi, im facing a problem that is driving me crazy. I deactivate HDMI (invalidation HDMI when I had it in auto), now i cant see any HDMI signal xbox one works but is showing no signal hdmi. I tried everything and nothing works, tried to make a blind factory
    reset and I am stuck because TV is not showing anything and I don't know in which part of XBOX gui i am. Any suggestions? how can I activate auto invalidation again? Thanks

    i am also getting the invalid configuration file and have been for the better part of this last week. the one time i could get fitness to open and access my workout it kept freezing up..then back to the invalid config file again...

    I'm not exactly sure, but I was thinking maybe they deactivated the email. When I try to connect to XBL, it says something like "Parent Email is Invalid".

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are wanting a gamer tag that was accidentally created on a different account. When you delete or deactivate an account it takes 60 days for it to be deactivated. So at that time you should be able to claim
    it then.

    Sorry, I don't have a suggestion. I'm trying to visualize your config. Are you using your receiver as a switch for most devices, going from the receiver HDMI out to Xbox HDMI in, and then Xbox One HDMI out to the TV/monitor?

    I am also experiencing this problem, only with the TV app. Happens with or without HDMI connection plugged in. Also happens when attempting to alter config of the TV app in settngs.
