I paid for nba 2k24 vc and haven’t received anything, I’m getting frustrated

1. Check if you have purchased the correct edition of the game. The NBA 2K24 25th Anniversary Edition is a special edition of the game that includes additional content and features.



2. Check your email for a confirmation of your purchase. You should have received an email from Microsoft confirming your purchase of the NBA 2K24 25th Anniversary Edition.



3. Check your Xbox console or the Microsoft Store for your purchase history. You can view your purchase history by going to the Microsoft Store, selecting your profile, and then selecting "Purchase History."
