I was able to connect to XBox Live finally by following these instructions.

I deleted my profile on my XBox, I then I toggled to have my x box require sign in on the X Box settings and was about to connect for now.

Ive attempted to sign into jzizzle23 with the xbox console i purchased to set up the profile, as well as attempting to sign in on my other xbox console, both attempts failed. As i followed the instructions from xbox support, i was instructed to delete the
profile, jzizzle23 the profile only, and try downloading the profile. As i attempted to download profile an error code 800704DC prompt after 20% complete. After following those instructions the profile itself is now deleted from both consoles. So i cant
try to sign in, thanks to xbox support that is. Unless its an easy fix ive found xbox support to be support-less in many cases, i havevnt been able to sign in or download the profile for almost 2 weeks, its beginning to be a big joke, the support that is.

How would I delete my account of my Xbox, to delete it you need to be signed in to that account, so you couldn't delete it because the whole problem is, is that you can't sign in.

ZERO G thanks for the suggestion but I have already troubleshooted my error code without any luck, I followed the instructions but was restricted due to not being able to access an XBL account to delete active downloads which i believe there none to be anyway

Additional information. I did not forget my password. I tried to sign in with the correct password, but I got the error code. Then I followed the steps given by support.xbox.com. Deleted my account from the xbox and tried to add it again. Then xbox told
me that the account was already there. But it wasn't. Ande read the rest in the message above.
