    I couldn't get the 700 minecoins from getting the minecraft starter pack.


    I bought the minecraft starter pack, went to the marketplace but still no minecoins! I saw everything else like plastic texture and etc. But no minecoins. I went to an old tread that said confirm the purchase and see if you used the same account to do
    the purchase and everything was right. I reset my pc and tried everything there but again no minecoins. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLS I WANNA BUY SOMETHING ON LIFEBOAT. ;( if Microsoft mods are just gonna send the minecoins to my account the my Xbox accounts user

    Yes same problem here I bought "Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection" but wasn't credited with the "700 Minecoins".

    Excuse me, I have the same problem and I've talked to Microsoft help service and they were on the phone for 2 hours without any progress of retracing my purchase for the 700 mine coins, is it so hard to just send a free code to our email?

    Microsoft support haven't been helpful. Can we please just end this and send a code to my email so I can get the minecoins I was supposed to get and move on?
