Survey problems

Yesterday I tooked a survey and I still not received the 250 reward credits and every time I click on "Take a Survey" it sais I will receive the points shortly. What is happening?

Pending credits

Hello,

I have several credits from months ago that are still in a (Pending) state. How long do I need to wait for this?

All show pending on the website:

It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing a survey. If it's been longer than that, you'll need to post in the support section of this forum so they can check into it for you.

Added note: I received my Rewards statement from February and it shows just 250 credits (from the survey). That completely neglected several purchases that should have qualified me for four stars for a year (as per the offer). These of course show in my
online order history as proof of the transactions.

Little correction, I have 250 points and not 1,250. I obtained these 250 points from a survey completed a few months ago. Is it true I will receive reward points for pre-ordering Halo? If yes, how long does it take for the points to be added?

Yes I see that Smwutches - I'm asking here as Micosoft/Xbox support said they can't help and said ask here

Here is what's Pending

06/01/2018 - MyVIP Vault 5,000 Rewards Credits = 5,000 Credits

05/11/2018 - Completed May Survey = 250 Credits

03/17/2018 - Completed March Survey = 250 Credits

02/28/2018 - MyVIP Star Rank 3 (Gold) = 2,548 Credits

01/31/2018 - MyVIP Star Rank 3 (Gold) = 1,198 Credits

Can you Please tell me why they aren't being added to my account

Credits for the survey should show as pending about 96 hours after you completed the survey. If not, make sure the site shows you have completed the survey.

As far as purchases, what offers are you looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
