    I contacted Xbox support 4 months ago, and never got a reply.


    Hello gamers,

    So, I have had to return a number of Elite 2 controllers to Microsoft because they kept on sending me faulty ones, of which 2 didn't even work.

    I sent a formal complaint to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, that was over 4 months ago, and never got a reply. Sent another 2 months ago, no reply, and another 1 week ago... and no reply.

    I called in, and was told I would get a call back already 6 times in total after they look over my email, nobody ever called me back.

    The online team said that the correct email is indeed *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, but 4 months for a reply? Is this normal? Or is someone on they're team just deleting my emails perhaps? Maybe the wrong email after all?

    yes i did actually, i got this xbox 3 months ago and i transfered some data from the old xbox 4 days ago onto the new HD.

    It has Been over a year and I have not received my Game from a Promotion with LIVE

    It sucks, but you had to contact Xbox Customer Support by late last year (around October or November) to let them know that you never got your game in order to get it. It's their fault for not sending the game, but if you never contacted them and you waited
    over a year....

    (worked for Xbox Customer Support until a few months ago)
