Discus and support I contact xbox support while ago about my account was hacked. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; It almost week but the support told me it take about 3 days.     I contact xbox support while ago about my account was hacked.


    It almost week but the support told me it take about 3 days. Now nothing send to my email or anything and I can't contact to support to ask these.

    If you have a case number for your case with Xbox Support, you can contact support through the chat, here: Contact us | Xbox Support. You would need to click onto web chat. Another alternative is creating another Microsoft account and use that to reach out to support.

    I had this issue a while ago, the thing that fixed it was contacting Xbox Live support to remove the game license from my account and then adding it back afterwards.
