    No Credit for Past Present Future mission last month

    I did not receive credit for the Past Present Future mission last month.

    2nd and 3rd part show completed but not part 1. purchased Halo 5 guardians and superman movie so should count for the $30.

    22/12/16 - A Rewards Story – Chapter 2: The Best of Xbox Present

    Hello iiTwiikz,

    As Smwutches says, that offer had 3 parts: Past, Present, and Future. In order to complete the offer for 15,000 Credits, you had to complete each chapter. Since you only completed the "Present" chapter, you did not fully complete the offer, and therefore
    did not receive any completion Credits.

    The rewards team works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work weekends. Also, Monday is an observed holiday in the United States so it's possible they may not be working Monday either. Support will get to your post most likely on Tuesday or
    Wednesday next week.

    You may want to post a more specific question, however, as support will need to know which purchase or which promotion you feel you are missing rewards on.

    You are registered as a GBR Rewards Member. This means that only purchases in your regional currency (GBP) are eligible for Rewards. Since you made your recent purchases in a different regional currency, they were not eligible for Rewards.

    Titanfall would count towards the Present part of the Rewards Story offer. In order to receive the credits for that offer, you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the Past and Future portions in order to complete the offer.
