I completed the game pass quest 10 days ago but I only have 1 tick out of 5

Xbox quests

Hi there. It doesnt really help. There doesnt seem to be any support on the quests whatsoever. At the moment theres currently a xbox game pass punch card promotion on the rewards app on the console at the moment, earn 5000 points, i completed those and
still only the first one is ticked but the others are not, and i completed some of them a week ago. Do any of these quests work?

 

I'm concerned an error happened?Due to not receiving my reward for completing my quests last month.

So during October I completed 2 different quests and my sister completed 1 as well

And received a $5 store credit and a 1 month xbox live subscription via her Xbox live inbox.

I've completed my quest a day or so before her and have received nothing yet?

1 quest asked I

Subscribe to the 14 day trial of gamepass.

Then download 6 scary games from a specific halloween playlist.

Then achieve 1 achievement from each game.

Reward in fine print said I was to receive a random $10 gift in my inbox and 1 Entry for a chance to win a $500 microsoft.

Now the other Quest asked in fine print it asked me to.

-Sign in 15 days during October

-Join 3 clubs on Xbox live

-Start the free 14 day game pass trial.

I've done all the above and nothing.

 

I've had the same issue, I wonder if it's just for US members? It seems like a pretty common complaint at the moment.

Xbox live quests sign in, and check your progress. Also at the bottom are frequently asked questions one being How do I know if I've completed my quests answer says Don't worry Microsoft tracks the quest activities.

It's not just the US, I'm in the UK and having the same issue.

 

I had the same issue with the Xbox quests. When I contacted support they told me there has been an issue with syncing my account. Reach out to Microsoft Rewards support through the links provided by the other ambassadors here in this thread

 

Not sure it will help but have you tried the following

1.power cycling your console.

2.removing and redownloading your profile.

It may just need a good refresh. May be delayed. Keep your eyes peeled on social media and the forums for updates.
