    As I stated in the Question, I played through the MW2 09 remaster of the game and collected every piece of Intel but still did not receive my achievement, and going back to see if I collected them all would be pointless because I went back to each single location twice already and they disappeared after collecting

    I didn't cheat I have checked it over and over again I didn't correct it's collect all intel intel in the campaign I have gone through every level in the campaign at least 9 times and checked if I have gotten all intel on each level which was complete everyone
