I cod on my system when I go to download it. It says the game is corrupt i have deleted it...

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If I may ask, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, please unplug the external hard drive and then perform a powercycle before reinstalling the game. Keep the hard drive unplugged.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If you don't have one, please perform a reset on your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Have you tried going to the system, going to games, deleting the Soul Calibur progress, and then re-downloading? Sometimes when downloading files, they can become corrupt and cause the download to fail.

I just bought nba 2k15 from marketplace and when i was downloading it on my system but each time it says can't doownload....ok im not sure if this will work for you guys but i deleted the corrupted game and deleted system (cash)....then restart system....start
download....then turn the system off...and if your system like mines then it should still download with it off.....im currently waiting for mines too finish....(way past 4%)

when i try to download my profile, it stalls at my game info and then says xbox live profiles can't be downloaded. When i go to my storage it says my profile is corrupt, so i tried to delete just the profile but it came back saying this process couldnt be
completed. Then i tried to delete the profile and items and that option worked, but it still won't let me download my profile. each time i try to download it, it either stalls at my game info, or won't even start to download.

Hello I have followed all the steps for the 80151011 code and it still did not work. I have deleted system cache, deleted all system updates,and re-downloaded them. I have deleted my account and tried to re-download it. When I try to re-download it, it says
I cannot. Now i cannot even play offline because my account has been deleted. I went to see if my account was blocked, but the websites did not even say anything about my account being blocked. Is my account corrupt? Or is Xbox Live working on my account?
Is there a way that I can gain my account back?
