I changed my xbox gamertag, and when i loaded into Fortnite all my progress is gone...

When changing the gamertag this is a common thing to happen, I'm not sure if you lost your progress completely, what I would recommend is to contact support as you mentioned above.

I really don't know, but I can tell you that there are more than one gamertag appearing on the console right now.

The thing is, that I use the console at my mom's house, and it was always with that specific gamertag that has gone, and today I realized that there is another gamertag on another PC, at my Dad's house...

This one was never in use on my xbox console, but is connected to the same MS account (I think it was created by default on the PC).

At the moment, my previous gamertag (with the game money and all sorts of exstras from FORTNITE) is gone!!!!

That's odd because the licenses for our purchases are all linked to our Microsoft account itself.

If I may ask, are you on Xbox or PC?

Another update. Got the dlc reinstalled, and now I can't load any of my saved games. They act like they want to load, but then it gets stuck at the loading screen indefinitely. Wonderful apparently all my progress is gone, so I guess I won't be playing fallout
anymore. Anyone want to buy an Xbox one?

Dude it's all part of the same problems we are all having. For ages mine only showed my progress as one level complete on heroic even though I had started again on legendary and gone in a couple of chapters. It should all get sorted soon. I loose all my
preorder dlc daily. Then I go and have a break and come back to find it has returned but all my load outs have gone. Right now as we speak I have it all. But this will change......
