Discus and support I changed my video settings around and I now can’t see my screen in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Please someone help I’ve changed my video settings and I accidentally restarted my console somehow so I can’t access my settings, remote play needs...     I changed my video settings around and I now can’t see my screen


    Please someone help I’ve changed my video settings and I accidentally restarted my console somehow so I can’t access my settings, remote play needs setting up so I can’t see my screen on my phone either. I use Xbox Series S. someone please help.

    Hello Steve E! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    I would suggest putting the console into Low Res Mode so you can change the video settings.

    On the console, press and hold the Power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds to turn off the console.

    Press and hold the Power button and the pair button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Don’t let go until you hear the second beep or see the console start up in low resolution mode (the Xbox startup screen will appear slightly pixelated).

    4K tv resolution on xbox one

    I’ve changed everything i possibly could in my video settings but i still Can’t get it to be the same as my old tv. The refresh rate is the highest it can go on a standard xbox one which is 50hz and the colour is on rgb mode. Thats about all i can do to
    it.

    i just can wrap my head around it that my console is pixelated on a 4k tv.

    and yes it is a true 4K tv with 3840x2160p
