    I changed my gamertag today and it hasn’t changed!?!?


    So today I paid to change my gamertag, but I did it twice. The second time was because I didn’t like the spelling and I wanted to change the custom game view username to something different. I paid both times and got the charge email both times. Not worried about the money but the second time I did the change my account now is not only showing my original username instead of the newest one but it changed back to the original from the first time I changed it. No idea why this has happened. Worried it is because I did it twice in one day? But it was hours apart.

    The app shows my old name and when I log in online it glitched and starts to show me the new name then reverts to the old name and then says there’s some kind of error when I try to reload it. Name change was over an hour ago now and the first one was over 4 hours ago.

    Please help!

    for real 24 hours is very optimistic.

    Depending on what server you are playing it could take up to a week !
