I changed my gamertag now I can’t access anything

usually you shouldn't loose anything when changing the gamertag.

Do your friends show up when you login at
https://account.xbox.com/Friends

Also check if your games and achievements still show, if nothing shows then it may be the case that somehow a new account was created in stead of changing the gamertag.

Did you just give me false information? Because I’ve tried that and XBOX live said they can’t do anything on the accounts. They can’t access the email, or change the email. They can’t do anything to give me access to the gamertag according to the person that called me. They said only Microsoft and outlook can do anything about it as the email can only be changed by logging into it which i can’t do because the email is locked…

I have an account but now I can’t access it since I tried to sign in. My Minecraft account had changed when I put in the details for it.

I’ve called numerous times each time is without account access they can’t help me. Of course we can’t gain recovery of account so they can’t access anything without the codes they send. So back to my bank to ask them to take it further now. I’m fuming they’re quick to stop access to accounts but don’t stop subscriptions knowing full well you can’t use the account! Disgusting tbh.

It doesn't say anything about a forced Gamertag change and it says I've already used my free change? Is there a way I can see my Gamertag change history?

However, if they didnt change it do anyone else have access to your account? Also, more than likely, you going have to pay that $10 fee for a gamertag name change.
