    Hey oU, i recomend you contact xbox support by phone, it seems to be a cloud issue not a console issue

    i changed it as part if the new gamertag thing but then i payed like £10 to change it to a different name and now my stupid old one shows up on app for me and other people

    Nope still got my old gamertag on there and I did pay for this one tho when I click "Choose your new gamertag" it shows my new one but when I back out it still shows my old gamertag.
