    I changed my gamertag, but it doesn't change on the win10 app.


    I've just changed my gamertag (with the legacy one as well) and it won't change on the Windows 10 app. It's the new one online, the legacy gamertag in the win10 has changed and I've reinstalled and reset the app. Any ideas?

    I've just realised that when going onto my profile on my xbox it constantly has 'Appearing Offline' under my gamertag and doesn't change when I change offline/online with either the console of the windows 10 app

    It doesn't say anything about a forced Gamertag change and it says I've already used my free change? Is there a way I can see my Gamertag change history?

    Check enforcement.xbox.com to see if you have any action on your account. If not that is sometimes a glitch that pops up on the app. Try changing your pic on the console or Win10 app.
