Before i had a microsoft account with the gamertag MarioMartinat, so i was thinking that it was time to change it for mc bedrock i changed it 1 time, was bad, and i payed the second time, D4rkMRT ? Pretty cool ! And today i logged in to my minecraft account and i saw that it said you dont own minecraft on clients, i went to the launcher, it said to recreate an account, iv tried everything, even wanted to rechange it back but i cant, because the one before was 13 characters, and the limit now is 12.

PLZ I REALLY WANT TO GET MY ACCOUNT BACK, I HAVE PROOF THAT I OWN IT, (the account was DarkMRT on mc)

If it came up with a new gamertag and all your games and game progress is gone that means you signed in with a different email and password then what was used for your other account.

If you do not know what those are you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your other gamertag and if they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email address for that gamertag.

Now I have completely lost my new gamertag and info, and my xbox profile has my old gamertag! Not what I wanted. Like I said, I have 2 gamertags associated with 1 account. WHAT DO I DO??

Hey there PhobicSwine4. Here are the steps for recovering your Gamertag:

Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).

Select Download Profile.

Note Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.

Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live gamertag. If you don’t know your Microsoft account or password, see Find your Microsoft account or password.

Note “Microsoft account” is the new name for what used to be called “Windows Live ID.” It’s the email address and password you use to sign in to Microsoft services (including Xbox Live). Find out more.

Now, enter your Microsoft account password.

Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, the parent’s Microsoft account information is required to download the profile.

Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

Your profile will begin downloading. Once your profile is downloaded, you can choose whether or not you want to require your Microsoft account password to sign into your profile.
