I changed my gamer tag and all of my saved games are gone. I can't access them?

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your saved games after changing your gamer tag. Changing your gamer tag should not affect your saved games. However, it's possible that the issue is related to your Xbox Live account. Just a reminder, we are not able to double check your account here manually since we do not have the option to. No worries, we do have some effective troubleshooting steps here that could fix the issue.



To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend the following steps:



1. Check if your saved games are still available on your console. Go to "My games & apps" and select "See all" to view all your games. Check if your saved games are still available.



2. If your saved games are not available on your console, check if they are available in the cloud. Go to "Settings" > "System" > "Storage" > "Cloud Saved Games" and check if your saved games are available.



3. If your saved games are not available on your console or in the cloud, it's possible that they were deleted when you changed your gamer tag. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover deleted saved games.

Why did my gamer-tag change? It really didn't offend nobody ( BIgBOyLuvMiLPhz )it was a funny gamer-tag to make people laugh and this was my first time actually getting reported. My friends gamer-tag were funny but when they got reported they had to change
there gamer-tag to something else or they couldn't play live at all and you gave them a (FREE GAMER-TAG CHANGE), how come I cant get that opportunity to change my gamer-tag?

Look im not trying to pick a fight , the email thing is wrong i need access to my accounts physically to change access . All of these accoumts have my real gamer tag { } as a secondery gamer tag wich denies me access to security settings

I have access to my accounts, I need Xbox to get rid of the gamer tags associated with my account. Their password protected i need them gone so i can SECURE MY ACCOUNT ALOT BETTER THAN WHAT IT IS NOW!!! .Im unable to get into the settings . Do i call them
and whats the best times to call . Im looking for gamer tag resolutions not account access problems . So where do i go from here ?
